We like to sit down with you and discuss your vision for your event.

A consultation is booked when you contact me with a request for services or for more information on pricing for an event you have coming up. It is a chance for us to meet and discuss your event and how we can best help you. We have several standard packages that can be tailored to meet your needs, or we can design a package just for you.

Our Consultation Includes a discussion of your ideas for the:

- Design of Event

- Scheduling/Timeline

- Site Preferences

- Vendor Preferences

- Budgeting Requirements

- Understanding Our Relationship

- Understanding Your Vision

We prefer to sit down with you in person, as we find the ideas flow more naturally during a face-to-face meeting, and are happy to come your way for that meeting. We are always willing to do the initial consultation over the phone if needed or if you are not located in the Portland area.
