- Confirmation calls to each of your vendors

- Hold the rehearsal (if wedding)

- Oversee setup (if being done previous to the day-of)

- Site inspection & oversee setup

- Greet & supervise all vendors and professionals

- Event staffing coordination

- Handle necessary payments

- Organization of the ceremony (if wedding)

- Manage reception timeline (if wedding)

- Overall coordination and direction of event

- Instruct and oversee duties of participants/attendees

Our day-of coordination ranges from $250 to $1750 depending on what type of event you are putting on. Weddings tend to run in the $1250-1750 range unless you have a extremely large event, where we need to bring in extra staff. We charge a flat fee, and you have accessibility to us for the full month before your event regardless of your needs. You will not incur additional charges for this service. We believe that the last month of event planning can be the most stressful, and we aim to provide a stress-free solution for you.

Although this package is utilized mainly for weddings, it is available to all types of events, including corporate events, private parties, and any other type of event you are putting on.
